The service is considered to have been fulfilled immediately upon payment.

- Cancellations and a 100% refund are available within 24 hours of purchase.
- If you cancel after 24 hours of purchase but before the final balance payment request, a penalty fee will be incurred according to the refund and cancellation policy. (Non-Refundable Deposit, 20% of the total amount)
- If you request a cancellation after the final balance payment request, the reservation deposit and reservation rights will be forfeited. Reservation rights will be maintained only if the balance is paid within one month of the balance payment request.
