[Product Introduction] Hot Toys' 1/4 scale articulated figure "Quarter Scale" series welcomes the blockbuster action movie "Iron Man 3" to its lineup! The Iron Man Mark 42 powered suit worn by Tony Stark appears as a high-quality 1/4 scale figure with an impressive height of approximately 49 cm! The Avengers, with billionaire and genius inventor Tony Stark/Iron Man as a member, narrowly averted the extinction of humanity in battle. After this battle, the U.S. government became wary of relying on the power of individual heroes in the face of unprecedented crises. Tony himself, haunted by the shadow of an unseen enemy, developed new powered suits one after another as if possessed, and completed the Iron Man Mark 42, which he could wear at will via a neural link. The Iron Man Mark 42, the powered suit developed by Tony Stark, has been brought to life as a stunning 1/4 scale articulated figure, standing approximately 49 cm tall with over 40 points of articulation! The armor, characterized by its gold and metallic red coloring, features a glossy metallic paint job along with weathering effects such as dirt and scratches, recreating the texture of the original mechanical armor from the film. Two heads are included. The first is a helmet with a light-up function. The second is a battle-damaged helmet that reveals the injured face of Tony Stark, with the likeness rights of actor Robert Downey Jr. cleared. The air flaps on the back of the body and various armor panels on the legs can be opened and closed. The flashbang that Harley Quinn gave to him, included as an accessory, can be stored in the center of the back. The waist armor at the base of both thighs can be opened upwards to provide an even wider range of motion for the legs. The 1/4 scale allows for meticulous craftsmanship, resulting in a deeply expressive finish. The armor on the chest and both upper arms is removable, allowing you to appreciate the intricate mechanical details inside. Furthermore, the numerous included battle-damaged replacement parts allow you to recreate various damaged states from the film. The eyes, chest arc reactor, back, and repulsor ray emitters on both hands feature white LED light-up gimmicks, while the waist, both forearms, and leg armor also feature blue LED light-up gimmicks. The missiles deployed from both shoulders and the rockets on both forearms can be recreated using replacement parts. A battery with wiring cords is included, allowing you to recreate the memorable charging scene from the film. With interchangeable hand parts that support repulsor ray light-up and have articulated finger joints, you can enjoy a wide range of immersive battle scenes. Hot Toys, striving for further evolution, has utilized the technology and experience cultivated in 1/6 scale to create this item in 1/4 scale, allowing for even greater detail. This "ultimate" Iron Man Mark 42, destined to become a symbol for all Marvel and Iron Man fans, will forever be etched in the history of action figures! *A bonus accessory version of this product will also be released.

Also noteworthy are the various newly developed Iron Man powered suits. The age of heroes is over—the Avengers' battle, which narrowly averted the extinction of humanity, has changed everything. And Tony himself, haunted by the shadow of an unseen enemy, is developing new Iron Man suits one after another as if possessed. Pushed to his physical and mental limits, he is attacked by an unknown enemy and thrown from the world that has protected him until now. His only remaining weapons are his genius for invention and his desire to protect those he cherishes.
