[Product Introduction] Marvel Comics joins the "Comic Masterpiece DIECAST" series, which uses alloy in the body to make it suitable for recreating mechanical characters! Iron Man appears as the first in the "Origins Collection," which brings to life characters based on the original comics! Iron Man first appeared in 1963, a collaborative work by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby of Marvel Comics. Tony Stark, the CEO of the giant military corporation Stark Industries and a genius inventor, is a superhero who fights wearing a high-tech powered suit that he developed himself. He has appeared in numerous anime and video games, and in 2008, he was adapted into a live-action film that was a great success, leading the popularity of the "Marvel Cinematic Universe." He is truly one of the greatest characters representing Marvel. Based on the character design from the comics, Iron Man has been brought to life as a high-end 1/6 scale figure, standing approximately 33 cm tall with over 30 points of articulation. This item aims for even greater fidelity by using "alloy" for 60% of its construction. While maintaining the same range of motion as previous items in the series, it reproduces the texture and substantial weight of the original armor. The head can be transformed into different looks by swapping out two different face masks. The metallic red and gold powered suit, characterized by its mechanical design with clear material armor in various places, is painted with a glossy finish using industry-leading technology. The air flaps on the back of the body can be opened and closed. Furthermore, the head, chest, forearms, waist, and shins can be swapped with classic metallic red armor. The eyes, chest, arc reactor, and repulsor ray emitters on both hands are equipped with white LED light-up gimmicks. By using the hand parts that support repulsor ray light-up with articulated finger joints, as well as the hand parts for when the repulsors are firing, you can enjoy many immersive battle scenes. The base features a special design with the Iron Man logo on the top. Finally, Hot Toys is bringing the comic book version of Iron Man to life in 3D! This item, which fully captures his charm using the innovative "DIECAST" series with alloy materials, is an absolute must-have! Keep an eye out for future releases in Hot Toys' Marvel Comics series!
