Standing approximately 30 cm tall and featuring over 30 points of articulation, the figure perfectly captures the ruthless and heartless nature of Burns. The head sculpt, which has been licensed to Tom Berenger's likeness, is meticulously hand-painted to recreate the deep scars, skin texture, and wrinkles on his face. *Platoon* (1986) A landmark film that changed the history of war movies, highly acclaimed for its depiction of the true Vietnam War. Based on the real-life experiences of director Oliver Stone, a Vietnam veteran, it objectively portrays the madness of war, including the massacre of civilians by the American military, the widespread drug use among American soldiers, and murder among comrades. It won numerous awards, including Best Picture and four other awards at the 59th Academy Awards in 1986. Starring Charlie Sheen, with supporting roles by accomplished actors such as Tom Berenger and Willem Dafoe. In 1967, Chris dropped out of college and volunteered for the army, coming to Vietnam. Immediately assigned to a frontline combat platoon, Chris found the reality of war far more brutal than he could have imagined. Within the unit, two sergeants with completely opposite personalities and values were at odds: the ruthless Captain Burns and Sergeant Elias, who detested senseless killing. And finally, the animosity between Burns and Elias became irreparable.
