Instead, Peggy Carter was administered the super-soldier serum and embarked on the path of a hero as Captain Carter. To support Peggy, Steve pilots the Hydra Stomper and takes on the secret organization "Hydra." However, this is a story of a "what if" world, different from the events that actually happened in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
