[Product Introduction] Hot Toys' "Television Masterpiece" series welcomes the iconic science fiction film franchise, Star Wars! From the Disney+ drama "The Mandalorian," comes the Death Watch Mandalorian! The Death Watch Mandalorian appears in the origin story of the protagonist, revealed at the end of the first season of "The Mandalorian." This group, active during the Clone Wars, advocated for the revival of the old warrior culture and opposed the pacifist Mandalore government. Around that time, a planet was attacked by Separatist forces. The droid army mercilessly massacred civilians as well. However, for some reason, the Death Watch Mandalorians intervened and repelled the attackers. They rescued an orphan and brought him back, adding him to their ranks. That orphan, who grew up to become a warrior, is the protagonist of this series, the Mandalorian (Din Djarin). The Death Watch Mandalorian from "The Mandalorian" has been brought to life as a high-end 1/6 scale figure, standing approximately 30 cm tall with over 30 points of articulation. The newly sculpted blue armor, featuring lines indicating rank, has a matte metallic texture. Industry-leading painting techniques have been used to create weathering effects such as dirt and scratches. The uniquely shaped helmet, gray vest, brown inner suit, utility belt, and black boots are all meticulously crafted with attention to texture and detail. Weapons include a blaster rifle and a blaster pistol that can be stored in a holster on the waist. Accessories include a detachable blue jetpack, effect parts for the jetpack, and interchangeable thigh guards. A variety of interchangeable hand parts allow for the recreation of various scenes from the show. The base is a special design featuring a sandy ground surface. The Death Watch Mandalorians are a warrior race who take pride in their traditions and have passed down their doctrines to a single boy. This item, which perfectly captures the charm of the characters from "The Mandalorian," is truly the "definitive edition"—a must-have item that will make you feel the Force! Hot Toys proudly presents this 1/6 scale "Star Wars" series with pride and love. Keep an eye out for future releases in the lineup!
