Pre-orders will begin on April 24th, 2015 (Friday) at 7:00 PM on the "Toy Sapiens" online site, with a limited run of 500 units (domestic distribution number)! The Shadow Stormtrooper is a special type of stormtrooper under the command of Black Hole, an emissary of Emperor Palpatine of the Imperial Army. The jet-black armor they wear is made of a special material that enhances stealth from sensors in order to carry out their special missions. Standing approximately 30 cm tall and featuring over 30 points of articulation, the figure perfectly recreates the appearance of the Shadow Stormtrooper, a special soldier specialized in information gathering. Manufactured to the Empire's strict standards, the Shadow Stormtrooper's most distinctive feature—its black armor—is meticulously reproduced down to the smallest detail, with attention to texture and form, from the uniquely shaped helmet and armor molding to the shoulder plate on the right shoulder, the boots with different shapes on the left and right, and the undersuit worn underneath. To express the unique sheen of actual armor, it is painted using industry-leading techniques. Fine scratches and scuffs on the surface of the armor are also reproduced with weathering paint. The cloth utility belt is equipped with a blaster power cell storage case on the front, black pouches on the left and right, and a thermal detonator on the back.
