Upon payment, the service is considered to have been fulfilled. The deposit is 100% refundable within 3 months of the purchase date; refunds are not possible thereafter.

The product packaging will be determined in the most suitable form at the time of shipment and will not be separately announced.
The product will be shipped after all payments have been completed.

- Cancellation and a 100% refund are possible within 3 months of securing a production slot for this limited-quantity product through the payment of the deposit.
- If a cancellation request is made after 3 months, the deposit and the right to secure the production slot will expire. If a problem occurs during delivery after shipment is complete, after-sales service (AS) is available via email.
The final decision regarding the AS process will be made by our AS team. (Please prepare unboxing videos and photos in advance to ensure a smooth AS process.)
The delivery time for all products may be delayed or shortened depending on specific production circumstances.
