From the movie "Garo: Taiga", the work that depicts the battles of Koga Saeshima's father, Taiga Saeshima, in his younger days to commemorate the 20th anniversary the Garo series, comes OUGONKISHI GARO (SAEJIMA TAIGA), now available in the Shinkocchou Seihou series!
OUGONKISHI GARO-clad Taiga Saeshima is meticulously recreated, featuring the unique skeletal structure that the Shinkocchou Seihou series is known for. The actual suit used for the filming of the series was thoroughly analyzed, and the shape of the armor, down to its detailed engravings, molded surface decorations, and even the details on the back, have been faithfully reproduced.
The texture of the golden armor that has been passed down to each generation of those who hold the title of "OUGONKISHI GARO" is expressed using glittering and lustrous gold plating. The figure's entire body exudes a bold presence that radiates incredible brilliance. Taiga Saeshima's red glowing eyes, a distinctive feature when he wears the armor, have also been realistically recreated with intricate painting.
The armor is also movable at the nape of the neck, which makes raised-arm poses possible without restricting shoulder movement. The hip joint structure prevents interference between the armor plates, allowing for movements such as lifting the thighs and powerful spread-leg stances. The ankles reproduce Garo's characteristic high-pitched shape while also being able to move forward, backward, and to the left and right.
The Garo Sword, which Taiga uses to sever dark energy, features intricate patterns printed onto the blade. Also included is the Garo Sword in its sheath. The chain portion of the sheath is made with metal material to create an authentic feel. In addition to being able to hold it with the exchangeable hand parts, you can also remove just the grip to recreate it in its unsheathed state.
Furthermore, it comes with a deluxe sleeve made to resemble the Compass that holds the souls of the Four Gods in "Garo: Taiga."
The sleeve also folds out, and by opening it you can enjoy the scene of the Compass being released. When opened up, it can be used as a background sheet adorned with an illustration of the Sacred Beast drawn by Keita Amemiya, creator of the original "Garo" series. Use it when displaying your figure to relive the climax of the movie
