The figure comes with two newly developed heads, both featuring the likeness of actor Heath Ledger, whose portrait rights have been cleared. The first is a standard head, and the second is a head wearing a clown mask. Both feature movable eyeballs, allowing for free changes in gaze and creating a lifelike presence. The familiar white makeup, the scar on the torn mouth, the skin texture, and the wrinkles are all meticulously hand-painted to recreate the look. The iconic green curly hair is realistically rendered using wool material. The fabric costume, including the gray jacket and pants, blue patterned shirt, polka-dot socks, and brown shoes, is exquisitely crafted with attention to detail and materials. The figure comes with weapons including a fully automatic pistol, shotgun, grenades, and smoke grenades.
