Description
Brief Introduction
Ii Naomasa (1561-1602), childhood name Toramatsu, was a renowned general under Tokugawa Ieyasu from Japan's Sengoku to Momoyama periods. He was ranked among the Four Heavenly Kings of Tokugawa and the Sixteen Tokugawa Divine Generals, and was known as "Akaoni Ii" (Ii the Red Demon). He single-handedly formed the elite Ii Red Guards. Brave and skilled in battle and also adept at diplomatic negotiation, he made great contributions at the Battle of Komaki and Nagakute and the Battle of Sekigahara. Firm and decisive by nature and strict in military discipline, he was both a vanguard general who charged into battle and a capable retainer skilled at mediation and negotiation.
The fifth figure in the Palm Hero Samurai Series, Ii Naomasa, one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tokugawa, makes his official debut! The all-new headsculpt is rich in detail and highly realistic, with a stern expression and tightly closed lips, fully displaying the calm, restrained pressure of the Red Guards commander before battle; a lethal samurai aura hits you immediately.
Ii Naomasa wears a red helmet, and the Samurai mask on his face offers solid protection. The shoulder armor, chest armor, and the skirt plates at the hem are integrated into one piece with seamless connections. With the shin armor and leg guards fully equipped, the entire armor set provides maximum protection and makes him less vulnerable to weapons; the fine workmanship is worthy of a samurai's ferocity. Under the armor, he wears white underwear and red trousers, with a surcoat over them, highlighting his battlefield authority and indomitable advance. Waraji sandals on his feet also reflect the samurai's simple and disciplined ways.
He holds a metal katana sword and short sword; every draw is a renewed oath of a samurai's loyalty and honor.
In addition, he comes with a series of finely crafted accessories: a War banner with pole (metal) and stand, and a Folding stool that lets him rest briefly during his wanderings; a Case, Armor stand, and Sword holder are also included for storing armor and katana. More exquisite accessories are included as well.
1/12 Ii Naomasa arrives with commanding presence! Friends who love Sengoku samurai, don't miss out! Return to the war-torn Sengoku period; the Dragon of Echigo roars in; the fated showdown is about to begin. The soul of the samurai is all in your collection!
