The deposit for this product is payment for services provided immediately to establish production plans and secure production slots for this limited quantity product. Upon proceeding with payment, the buyer is deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the nature of this deposit and the refund conditions.
The service is considered completed immediately upon payment.
The deposit is 100% refundable within 3 months of the purchase date; refunds are not possible thereafter.

The product packaging will be determined in the most suitable form at the time of delivery and will not be separately announced.
The product will be shipped after all payments have been completed.

- If a cancellation request is made after 3 months, the deposit and the right to secure the production slot will be forfeited.
If a problem occurs during delivery after shipment is completed, after-sales service (AS) is available via email.
The final decision regarding the AS process will be made by our AS team. (Please prepare unboxing videos and photos of the product in advance for smooth AS.)
