During World War I, a young German students, Paul, driven by fervent nationalism promoted through war propaganda, chose to enlist and were sent to the Western Front to fight the French army. Initially filled with romanticized visions of victorious war, these young men found themselves in a living hell, severely scarred by the brutal realities of warfare. The war lasted for four years and devastated an entire generation, even as a fortunate few managed to survive the barrage of artillery. His furrowed brow, determined and focused gaze, tightly sealed lips, all embody the image of youthful vigor and determination. Paul wears a typical WWI German army uniform and trousers, with a grayish-white shirt underneath. He dons a metal stahlhelm with genuine leather inner line, topped with a collared greatcoat, and is equipped with the genuine belt and the strap. His feet are clad in black genuine leather boots, ensuring both comfort and authenticity in material and texture. Paul is armed with a G98 rifle, crafted from metal and wood, and a practical metal bayonet. The G98 rifle comes with five bullets and was highly esteemed for its accuracy and stability, serving crucial roles in long-range engagements during WWII as well. Additionally, he carries a powerful hand grenade. Paul carries a bread bag and field backpack for storing supplies, a blanket for warmth, two black genuine leather ammo pouches, a metal gas mask canister for a gas mask, and a gas mask itself to prevent toxic substances from infiltrating. Accessories such as a water bottle, mess tin, and dog tags with personal identification were also included, all finely crafted. Among these, the water bottle, gas mask and gas mask canister are all made with a new craftsmanship.
