The third installment in Hot Toys' "Movie Masterpiece" series comes from the spectacular Marvel superhero movie "The Avengers"! Captain America, the superhuman soldier played by actor Chris Evans, is now available from Hot Toys. During World War II, young Steve Rogers became Captain America through the top-secret US military experiment "Super Soldier Project" and protected the world, but went missing after an accident. Discovered in a state of cryogenic sleep, the legendary warrior is resurrected in the modern era, 70 years later, and is summoned to the ultimate team "The Avengers" led by Director Nick Fury to save the world from an unknown threat. Standing approximately 31 cm tall, this figure boasts over 30 points of articulation and features a muscular upper body, perfectly capturing Captain America's patriotic and courageous appearance. The figure comes with two head sculpts, both featuring Chris Evans' likeness. The first features a helmet newly developed by the special agency S.H.I.E.L.D. The second is a bare-faced sculpt capturing his righteous and principled expression. Both sculpts are hand-painted to recreate wrinkles, skin texture, and hairstyle. The costume, inspired by the American flag, has been redesigned from its old military style to a modern design. The silhouette, the star emblem on the chest, and the belt pouch are all exquisitely detailed. Captain America's trademark weapon, the super-metallic shield used for both offense and defense, is realistically reproduced, from its texture to its sheen. Two versions are included: a normal version and a battle-damaged version that tells the story of intense combat. Furthermore, alien weapons and a variety of interchangeable hand parts are included, allowing you to recreate many action scenes from the film.
