How to request deletion
- Open the FigureAddict contact form and choose Account help as the topic.
- Use the email address connected to your FigureAddict account so we can verify the request.
- Write "Delete my FigureAddict account and data" in the message and include your collector username if available.

What happens next
- We may ask for additional account verification before deleting data to prevent unauthorized requests.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data within 30 days.
- This includes profile information and user-created collection, watchlist, showcase, comment, message, and preference data associated with the account.
Limited retention
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained records remain limited to those purposes and are not used to keep the deleted account active.
Facebook Login
The same process applies if you signed in with Facebook. You do not need to provide your public Facebook name; use the email address connected to your FigureAddict account so we can verify the request.
